Why do you need my exact phone model?
We attach the phone model you enter to your Shopify order so the correct alignment guide can be prepared for your device. This fulfilment detail does not change the included magnetic ring and does not guarantee that a phone supports Qi wireless charging.

Will SnapReserve work with my phone?
For wireless charging, your phone must support Qi. Compatible magnetic phones and cases can snap on directly; other Qi-enabled phones may use the included alignment ring. Wired charging is available through the built-in USB-C and Lightning cables.
Does the free magnetic ring add wireless charging?
No. The ring only helps a suitable phone or case align and attach magnetically. It cannot add wireless charging to a phone that does not already support Qi.
How fast does it charge?
SnapReserve supports up to 15W compatible wireless charging and up to 22.5W wired charging. Actual speed varies by device, charging method, battery level, and operating conditions.
Can it charge more than one device at once?
Yes. Total output is shared, so charging speeds can vary when several compatible devices are connected.
What arrives in the parcel?
