Does the SnapReserve powerbank work with Android phones?
Many Android phones charge using the built-in USB-C cable. Wireless charging depends on the exact phone model. Use the compatibility checker on this page before you choose your setup.
What if it isn’t right for me?
You’re covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp (084 295 1523) or at support@snapreserve.co.za and we’ll help you return it for a refund. See our refund policy for the full details.
Why do you need my exact phone model?
We use it to pack the correct alignment guide for the magnetic ring for your phone.
Does the free magnetic ring add wireless charging?
No. The ring only helps a suitable phone or case align and attach magnetically. It cannot add wireless charging to a phone that does not already support Qi.
How fast does it charge?
SnapReserve supports up to 15W compatible wireless charging and up to 22.5W wired charging. Actual speed varies by device, charging method, battery level, and operating conditions.
Can it charge more than one device at once?
Yes. Total output is shared, so charging speeds can vary when several compatible devices are connected.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch in 1–2 business days. Delivery after dispatch takes 2–5 business days to major metros and 3–7 business days to regional or outlying areas.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects are covered for six months.
How does the two-pack save me more?
One SnapReserve is R699, down from R999, so you save R300. Two are R1,198, down from R1,998, so you save R800 and pay just R599 each. Free nationwide delivery is included.

Ultimate travel accessory
Having both the built-in cables and the stand makes travel so much easier. Fits nicely into my coat pocket and charges two devices simultaneously.
Holds well with MagSafe
Delivery was fast. MagSafe connection is strong and charges consistently without getting too hot.
Excellent daily charger
Came exactly as promised. Super reliable powerbank and the fold-out stand is extremely handy for watching videos while charging.
Good size and convenient
Fast shipping. It fits well and charges quickly. Having the cables attached makes daily travel much easier.
Fast charging and solid magnet
Arrived quickly after ordering. The magnetic hold is strong and the built-in 22.5W cable tops my phone up in no time.
Fantastic product overall
Works brilliantly. Built-in stand and cables make it worth every cent.
Exactly as described
Everything matched what the page said. Stand works well and cables fit flush. Very happy with it.
Tidy setup and fast delivery
No more tangled cables at the bottom of my bag. Magnet is super strong and holds firmly.
Convenient built-in cables
The built-in cables are super handy so I don't have to carry extra cords around. Fast delivery too.
Saved me during long events
Kept my phone going through a whole evening of videos and photos at a concert. Ended up buying another one for my daughter!
Better than I expected
I wasn't sure about this at first because I've had cheap powerbanks die on me before. A month in, it's been great. Charges quickly, holds well, the stand is sturdy, and the built-in cables are a lifesaver.
Sleek design and great battery life
Charges fast and looks great on my desk. The built-in stand gets used every single day.
Good value for money
It does the job very well. Build quality feels solid and cables tuck away neatly.
Office favourite. ended up ordering 2 more
Everyone at work kept borrowing mine to prop up their phones, so I ended up ordering two more for our office desk setups.
Compact for the capacity
It's thinner than my old 10,000mAh brick, which was a nice surprise considering it has a stand and built-in cables. Highly recommended.
Super fast cable charging
The built-in Type-C cable fast charges my phone in no time. Really neat having no extra cords lying around in my bag.
Reliable daily carry
Been using it every day for about a month now. The stand holds the phone securely in portrait and landscape. Absolutely essential for my work trips.
Great.
Great Father's Day gift
Bought one for my dad for Father's Day and he uses it constantly on his commute. Arrived in two days ready to go.
Good value
For R999 with two cables built in and a built-in stand, it's cheaper than buying everything separately.
Strong magnet hold
Holds firmly onto my MagSafe case. Perfect for using on my desk or carrying around.
Top up twice
Charges my iPhone 14 from almost flat to full about twice before it needs charging itself.
Wireless is slow
The 15W wireless charging is quite a bit slower than the 22.5W cable, so I end up using the cable most of the time.
Fold-out stand is great for video calls
The little fold-out stand on the back makes it super convenient to prop up the phone on my desk while watching videos or on Teams calls.
Charges while I work
I clip it on in the morning and by lunch I'm on full. Couldn't be easier.
Stand holds well in landscape
The fold-out stand works great for streaming movies on my desk. Really convenient setup.
Works with Samsung too
I bought it for my iphone but I use it with my Samsung S21 too. The Type-C cable works perfectly, and the fast wireless charging. Only yhing for Samsung is that you it does not have magsafe built in, you need to attach a magnetic ring for magnetic attachment which they provided for free.
Fantastic birthday gift
Bought this as a gift for my sister's birthday and she absolutely loves it. Premium packaging too, so I didn't even need to wrap it.
Okay on iPhone Mini
It fits on my Mini but covers pretty much the whole back. Works fine though.
Cable slots are snug
The cables don't rattle around at all, but you do need a fingernail to get them out.
Good backup power
Holds plenty of power for full-day outings. Make sure to use a high-wattage wall adapter when recharging it.
Perfect travel companion
Took it on the drive from Joburg to Durban and my phone never dropped below half. Great for road trips.
Solid build
Feels more expensive than it is. The matte finish doesn't pick up fingerprints either, which I appreciate.
A bit heavy
It's a bit heavy in my jeans pocket with it stuck on the phone. In a bag it's no problem.
Pass-through charging works
You can charge the powerbank and your phone at the same time off one plug, which is great for my desk setup.
Handy LED indicator
Small thing, but the four little dots showing the battery level are really handy. No guessing how much is left.
Great purchase
Does what it says. Happy.
Stand is sturdy on my desk
The fold-out stand holds my phone at a great angle for watching videos while charging. Super handy on my desk.
Bought 3 for Christmas presents
Grabbed three of these during a sale as Christmas gifts for my kids. They use it every day at university.
Warm during wireless charging
It gets a bit warm when charging wirelessly. The leaflet does mention it, so not a dealbreaker, just something you notice.
Good size for Pro Max
Sits right in the middle of my Pro Max and doesn't block the cameras. Was worried about that before ordering.
Fast wired charging
The 22.5W cable is properly quick. Wireless is slower at 15W, but I just leave it on overnight so it doesn't bother me.
Snaps on and stays put
Honestly didn't expect the magnet to be this strong. I can use my phone one-handed with it on the back and it doesn't budge. Good buy for R999.
