It gets warm when it charges wirelessly, like every wireless charger. For a cooler, faster charge, use a built-in cable.

How many charges will I get?
Up to two full charges for a standard-size phone, and a little over one for the biggest phones. Wireless charging gives a bit less.

Will it work with my phone?
Yes. It charges any phone by cable, and wirelessly if your phone has wireless charging. The free magnetic ring lets it snap onto any phone or case.
What is the free magnetic ring for?
It’s a thin stick-on ring. Put it on the back of your phone or case and the power bank snaps onto it. It only holds the power bank in place, so it doesn’t add wireless charging to a phone that doesn’t have it. Phones with magnets built in don’t need it.
Is wireless as fast as the cable?
No. The built-in USB-C cable charges at up to 22.5W and wireless at up to 15W. Snap it on when you’re out and about, and plug in when you need a quick top-up.

Is it heavy on the back of my phone?
You’ll notice it. It weighs 208g, about the same as a second phone, and it’s 23mm thick. It’s comfortable in your hand, a bag or a jacket pocket, and a squeeze in tight jeans.
Can it charge two devices at once?
Yes. The power is shared between them, so each one charges a little more slowly.
How do I recharge it?
Plug its built-in USB-A cable into any USB charger, or use the cable in the box. It takes up to 18W, so a faster wall charger fills it quicker. Four lights show how much charge is left.

Can I take it on a flight?
Yes, in your hand luggage. It’s 38.5Wh, well under the 100Wh limit airlines set for power banks. Power banks aren’t allowed in checked bags, and some airlines don’t let you use one during the flight, so check before you fly.

Works with Samsung too
I bought it for my iphone but I use it with my Samsung S21 too. The Type-C cable works perfectly, and the fast wireless charging. Only yhing for Samsung is that you it does not have magsafe built in, you need to attach a magnetic ring for magnetic attachment which they provided for free.
